July 2025 — Actress, model, and musician Suki Waterhouse is recovering after a surprising health scare caused by fashion—specifically, a pair of pants that were a bit too tight.
The 33-year-old star took to social media to share with fans that she was recently hospitalized for a hernia, which she says developed after wearing ultra-tight pants during her “Sparklemuffin” tour.
“‘suki you never tweet anymore’ have you ever considered I wore pants so tight 6 months ago it caused a hernia & I’ve been too scared to tell you,” she posted humorously alongside a photo from her hospital bed, with a vape and a hospital gown in view.
